At StoryScape, we assume positive intent and a growth mindset. We listen deeply, check assumptions at the door, and are mindful of confirmation bias. We honor and respect both the public and private identities in everyone. We value the voices of all people – at the schools we work with, those with whom we collaborate, and those for whom we act as stewards. Our goal is to be part of the solution, not the problem, and seek to understand what role our company can, and cannot play, in doing so.
